Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped in 2-5 business days.   

During sales events, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. If you would like to add additional services such as insurance, please contact us via email for a price quote at sales@siikaherbandhoney.com.

International Shipping:

We do not currently offer International Shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

For lost and insured packages, a claim with the shipping carrier will be filed. Filing a claim is a process that can take up to 60 days.

We do not provide refunds on a missing package until after a claim has been filed. Please contact us immediately in order to begin the process.

We do not refund or replace stolen or un-retrieved packages marked as delivered. Please be sure to delivery address is correct. 

Note that most delivery services no longer provide a guaranteed delivery date, so packages may arrive later than expected.

Returned Packages:

Returned packages due to incorrect address will incur a reshipment fee.
