Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However we do aim for 100% customer satisfaction so please get in touch with us at sales@siikaherandhoney.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please be sure your  delivery address is correct. 

Returned packages due to incorrect address will incur a reshipment fee.
