 Mango Berry Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients:

  •     2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
  •     1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
  •     Juice of 3 lemons
  •     3–4 tbsp SIIKA infused honey (to taste)
  •     2–3 sprigs fresh thyme
  •     3 cups hot water (just off the boil)
  •     Ice, for serving (optional)
  •     Optional: lemon slices & thyme for garnish

Instructions:

  • In a heat-safe pitcher or bowl, combine chopped mango, strawberries, thyme, and lemon juice.
  • Pour hot water over the fruit and herbs. Stir in the honey until fully dissolved.
  • Let steep for 15-20 minutes, then strain out solids.
  • Serve over ice or at room temp with lemon slices and a sprig of thyme.
